MEAL PLANNER FOR BABY AGE 9 - 12 MONTHS


Assalamualaikum semua.. 
Di sini saya ada maklumat tentang rancangan pemakanan bagi bayi berumur 9-12 bulan. Saya dapat ni kat group facebook  homemade solid food for baby   (http://www.facebook.com/groups/solidforbaby/) .
So, bagi rakan-rakan yang anaknya dalam lingkungan umur nie, bole la ambil sebagai panduan.

MEAL PLANNER FOR BABY AGE 9 - 12 MONTHS

BREAKFAST
Meal 1
1-2 slice bread + jam, sliced
½ apple
Milk feed (as needed)*
Meal 2
1 pancake roll, sliced
½ small banana
Milk feed (as needed)*
Meal 3
½ - ¾ cup fried mee hoon, moist
½ small banana
Milk feed (as needed)*

MID MORNING
Meal 1
3-4 tbsp scramble egg* 
Meal 2
3-4 tbsp steamed tauhoo cubes with sause* 
Meal 3
3-4 tbsp cereal

LUNCH
Meal 1
6-10 Tbsp rice porridge, fish, veges*
3-4 tbsp orange cubes
Milk feed (as needed)* 
Meal 2
6-10 Tbsp noodle in chicken soup, veges*
3-4 tbsp watermelon cubes
Milk feed (as needed)*
Meal 3
6-10 potato, chicken, veges porridge*
4 – 5 grapes
Milk feed (as needed)*

MID AFTERNOON

Assorted biscuits

DINNER
